The first Lunar Pilot offered in 41mm, the stainless steel case is water resistant to 100m and has black ion plating and a matte finish with a bright polished bezel and matching pushers. Under the flat sapphire crystal, the six-hand chronograph dial is blacked out with Musou paint that absorbs 99.4% of light, with a gun metal-tone tachymeter scale and a slim matching handset and applied markers with grey Super-LumiNova for low-light display. The recessed, circular grooved sub-dials include a 1/20 chronograph seconds counter at 3 o’clock, running seconds hand at 6 o’clock, and 60-minute chronograph counter at 9 o’clock. The Lunar Pilot Black Hole is powered by one of Bulova’s proprietary high precision quartz movements, resonating at a frequency of 262khz for unparalleled accuracy and allowing a sweeping chronograph hand and running seconds hand. The watch is paired with a matching black ion plated 3-link stainless steel bracelet with a push-button deployant clasp.
